Celebrating Dedication: SWISH Grants Umrah Leave & Sponsorship to Long-Serving Team Member

In line with this commitment, SWISH proudly sponsored Mr. Ibrahim Jomadar for his Umrah journey this year. Having been with SWISH for nearly five years, Mr. Jomadar has been an inspiring example of loyalty and service. As part of our Hajj & Umrah Policy, he has been granted a fully sponsored Umrah package along with paid leave, allowing him to fulfill his spiritual aspiration with complete peace of mind.

This sponsorship reflects the essence of SWISH’s values — to recognise the people who dedicate their time, skills, and loyalty to the company. By supporting Ibrahim’s Umrah journey, we celebrate not only his personal devotion but also the enduring bond between SWISH and its team members.

As part of our Hajj & Umrah Policy, SWISH also provides special paid leave for those undertaking these sacred journeys. Employees who have been with the company for at least three years are entitled to 15 days of paid leave for Umrah, while those completing five years of service get 45 days of paid leave for Hajj. This initiative ensures that team members can fulfill their religious obligations with peace of mind, without worrying about work or financial burdens.
