Our Head Office for Bangladesh operations is located at Ka-218/3, Kuril Chowrasta, Vatara, Dhaka-1229, alongside three signature stores at prominent locations in Dhaka and one in Chattogram. For over a decade, we have been providing premium, luxury lifestyle products across Bathware, Kitchenware, and, more recently, Tilesware, to customers in Bangladesh and international markets. Our commitment to design and quality has earned us the trust of discerning customers across the public, private, defence, and government sectors.
Our company has recently become aware of credible information suggesting that coordinated attempts may be made to disseminate false, misleading, and unverified information concerning our business through various media platforms. In particular, the information brought to our attention indicates that certain quarters may be attempting to harm our company’s reputation through the following means:
• Circulating fabricated crime-related news through a small number of unscrupulous individuals posing as journalists, in exchange for payment or other undue inducement;
• Organising human chains and public demonstrations using individuals falsely presented as our aggrieved customers; and
• Lodging fabricated or baseless complaints against our company with various government and private organisations.
We take such attempts at reputational harm with the utmost seriousness and are pursuing all lawful and appropriate steps to establish the facts and protect our legitimate interests.
Since our establishment, we have remained committed to conducting our business with integrity, transparency, professionalism, and full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The trust and confidence of our customers, business partners, employees, and other stakeholders have always been our highest priority.
In light of the information received and as a precautionary legal measure, we have lodged a General Diary (GD) with the concerned police station to formally record the matter and facilitate any future legal or investigative process, if necessary.
We deeply respect the important role of responsible journalism and independent media in society. We also believe that accurate reporting should be based on proper verification of facts and should include the opportunity for all relevant parties to present their position.
We kindly request our valued customers, partners, and stakeholders not to rely on unverified reports, rumors, or information circulated through unofficial sources. We encourage everyone to refer only to our official communication channels for authentic and verified information regarding our company.
